We process your data based on the following legal grounds under the GDPR.
We use your identity, contact, and coaching intake data to register you as a client and deliver coaching services, including clarity sessions and the 8-session program. This is necessary for the performance of a contract with you.
We use your identity, contact, and transaction data to deliver digital products and recurring services such as courses, worksheets, webinars, and membership content — also on the basis of contractual performance.
When hosting interactive group events such as webinars or membership calls, we may process identity, contact, and event data including video or audio. This is based on contractual performance and, where you choose to enable your camera or microphone in a recorded setting, your explicit consent.
We use your identity and contact data to respond to inquiries submitted via our contact form or by email. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding to potential clients.
Where you have given consent, we use your identity and contact data to send newsletters, updates, or marketing content. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
Finally, we retain your identity and transaction data to comply with Belgian financial, tax, and legal obligations, including mandatory record-keeping requirements.
4. Data Retention
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Under Belgian law, financial and transaction data related to purchases must be retained for 7 years for tax compliance. Recorded webinars or membership group calls are stored for as long as the content remains part of the active archive accessible to eligible members, or until a participant requests removal of their personal image/audio.
5. International Transfers
As SheGetsTo offers coaching services worldwide, your data may be processed or stored on secure servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) by our service providers (such as our website host, booking system, payment gateways, and email platform). We ensure that all international processors comply with standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal frameworks to guarantee your data receives the same protection as it would within the EEA.
6. Your Legal Rights
