Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by SheGetsTo. By accessing this website, purchasing digital products, enrolling in a membership, or booking coaching services, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Scope of Services

SheGetsTo provides digital products and online coaching services worldwide. These include, but are not limited to:

Digital Products: Instantly downloadable e-books, pre-recorded video content, digital courses, and reflection worksheets.

Live Virtual Events: Paid digital webinars.

Membership Program: A recurring subscription service granting continuous access to an online portal, digital assets, community areas, and recurring group calls.

Online Coaching: 90-minute 1-on-1 clarity sessions and a comprehensive 8-session coaching program with accompanying digital worksheets.

2. Fees, Billing, and Tax-Free Status

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) with the Euro (EUR) equivalent shown at checkout. The applicable EUR amount governs for billing and tax purposes, as SheGetsTo operates from Belgium.

VAT/BTW Notice: SheGetsTo operates under the Belgian tax exemption scheme for small enterprises. Therefore, the following statutory notice applies: "Kleine onderneming onderworpen aan de vrijstellingsregeling van belasting. Btw niet toepasselijk." No VAT/BTW is charged on our products or services.

3. Payment, Subscriptions & Digital Delivery

Coaching Services: Payment for coaching sessions and programs is processed securely via Stripe. Payment is due at the time of booking. Access and session links are delivered via email upon confirmation.

Digital Products: Digital products (e-books, courses, worksheets) are sold through Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing and global VAT/GST collection on your purchase. You may see Lemon Squeezy on your bank statement rather than SheGetsTo. Delivery is handled digitally via email or portal access.

Membership Subscriptions: By signing up for our membership program, you explicitly authorize recurring automated payments (monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your chosen plan). Your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless cancelled prior to your next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time within your user portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current pre-paid billing period; no partial or pro-rated refunds are provided.

Right of Withdrawal Waiver: Due to the immediate nature of digital content and immediate access to the membership portal, you explicitly acknowledge that by downloading a digital product, starting a course, or entering the membership archive, you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. All sales of digital products and active subscription periods are final and non-refundable.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

For live online coaching services (both the 90-minute clarity session and the 8-session program), the following policy applies:

More than 24 hours notice: You may reschedule your session free of charge using our online booking system.

Less than 24 hours notice: If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend a session with less than 24 hours notice, the session will be forfeited and fully charged. No refunds will be provided.

Program Expiration: The 8-session program must be completed within 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after this timeframe will expire automatically.

5. Interactive Events & Group Recordings

When participating in our paid live webinars or live membership calls, you acknowledge that these sessions may be recorded for the purpose of creating replays for other students or active members. By actively turning on your camera, enabling your microphone, or typing in the chat during a recorded live event, you grant SheGetsTo a non-exclusive license to include your voice, name, image, or inputs within the distributed replay material inside the private portal. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must keep your camera and microphone off and refrain from chat interaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through SheGetsTo, including e-books, worksheets, video modules, course designs, templates, membership community structures, and webinar presentations, are the sole intellectual property of SheGetsTo. Your purchase or membership subscription grants you a single, non-transferable, personal license for individual use only. You may not distribute, resell, share, copy, or commercially exploit any content without express written consent. Access to the membership portal terminates immediately upon cancellation of the subscription.

7. Nature of the Relationship (Disclaimer)

Coaching is a collaborative partnership designed to foster personal growth, clarity, and accountability. You acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or legal or financial advice. You remain fully responsible for your own choices, behaviours, wellbeing, and implementation of any actions discussed during coaching or learned through our webinars, courses, and memberships.

8. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, our digital products, our membership, or our coaching programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our contact address for ODR purposes is info@shegetsto.org.
